the tv is chinese and the language is unchangeable.

service gaps exist

inadequate lightingunserviced bedrooms
I encountered several issues . the lighting in the bedroom proved inadequate. I had to resort to using my phone's torch to read. furthermore the bedrooms received no servicing i needed to request towels, coffee, and sugar refills. used crockery remained uncollected. front reception was often unmanned, requiring me to seek assistance, this falls short of expectations.

the location features jack fruit trees and palms near a tranquil waterway. the infinity pool was quite large. i found the modern design and environmental awareness appealing. the attentive staff took care of me efficiently after a minor accident.
