the hotel is right across from the airport terminal and a free, round-the-clock shuttle offered peace of mind for my early morning flight! the staff displayed excellent customer service and were very helpful. the room was clean, and the location near the airport and nearby shops added to the convenience. i appreciated the helpful assistance in getting to and from the airport.
the room size was slightly smaller than expected though it was manageable for a short stay.

broken escalatorsworn carpets
the hotel felt dated. i noticed the escalators were not working, presenting an inconvenience. my room lacked a kettle, and requesting one from room service was like an unnecessary chore. i also observed that the carpets was quite worn, a detail detracting from the overall impression.
