the hotel is convenient to the airport especially arriving from terminal 1. i crossed the taxi rank road and took a ramp into the garage leading straight to the lobby. room service was excellent and every meal was delicious. the rooms were super clean with excellent views of planes taking off, surprisingly calming.
i found a slight charge on my card a day after i left. i have tried to query this but i have not received a reply.

The location could not be more convenient , I walked to the airport in just a few minutes! The hotel also provides a free shuttle , a nice perk I used upon arrival. The room was quiet , despite the hotel's proximity to the airport. I had a restful night. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options , ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
The gym equipment showed slight signs of wear , with some machines needing maintenance.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found the free shuttle service to the international terminal quite convenient. The hotel's proximity to the airport was a GREAT advantage for my early morning flight.
The hotel decor seemed a bit dated to me. I noticed a musty smell in some areas of the hotel. The air conditioning in my room was not working optimally.

The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle, very convenient. I appreciated the quick and easy check-in process. The hotel representative assisted my wife and me with our luggage and showed us to a closer pickup point for the shuttle (i was on crutches). The room was clean, and the bed offered great comfort.
I observed that some of the decor looked a little dated.

the hotel is right across from the airport terminal and a free, round-the-clock shuttle offered peace of mind for my early morning flight! the staff displayed excellent customer service and were very helpful. the room was clean, and the location near the airport and nearby shops added to the convenience. i appreciated the helpful assistance in getting to and from the airport.
the room size was slightly smaller than expected though it was manageable for a short stay.

the hotel felt dated. i noticed the escalators were not working, presenting an inconvenience. my room lacked a kettle, and requesting one from room service was like an unnecessary chore. i also observed that the carpets was quite worn, a detail detracting from the overall impression.
