Convenient Stay Near the Heart of Town
clear instructions central location convenient parking
I found the self-check-in process straightforward, especially with the clear instructions provided. The location was a definite plus. I could easily walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. On-site parking was convenient, available both on the street and in the lot behind the building.
The absence of a staffed reception desk did create a somewhat impersonal experience.

The room included fresh towels refreshed daily , alongside replenished tea and coffee facilities. I also appreciated the thoughtful detail of providing a plate and cutlery, useful for enjoying a takeaway meal in my room. The family room was a good size.

the location was convenient for exploring the town centre. i walked to most places with ease! there was convenient parking right outside the entrance too. i appreciated the simple access to nearby restaurants.
the room was a bit smaller than i expected! but it was still manageable for my short stay.

The double room included tea and coffee facilities that were replenished daily. Clean towels were provided each day. i also found a plate and cutlery in the room! this was helpful when i brought back a takeaway.

the staff responded quickly via messaging and were friendly and helpful. i needed to work after checking out! they kindly allowed me to stay in the guest lounge until my work was completed.

the staff offered helpful information regarding local sites. breakfast provided good choices. the location was quiet and very close to the town center. i found the self-check-in process straightforward.

the location was quite central. good parking was available. kitchen facilities proved useful for us.
the bed was not very comfortable. the pillows felt hard. the shower had low water pressure.

Check-in was simple. Signage was easy to follow! the room had wine glasses and cutlery. This allowed us to enjoy a takeaway without issue

easy access good communication slipping shower head console issue
the location had great access. room had everything i wanted, including easy access and good communication.
shower didnt switch on and off on the console, i had to operate it from outside the bathroom. the shower head did not stay in a fixed position, so it kept slipping down.
