the location offered convenient access to local attractions. i especially liked the room interior.. it felt very modern. the view from the 15th floor was superb. the breakfast included sparkling wine.

the promised and expected standard was not met. waiting times at reception were very long.. i waited over 30 minutes. climate control in rooms was not adjustable. staff at reception were overworked and unfriendly.

the location had a convenient 15-minute walk to the town center. the miniture wunderland was also a short walk away. the gym had equipment including a treadmill, elliptical trainers, weight machines and yoga equipment.

i asked for early check-in but it was not available. the room was not ready until after 4pm. room service was average, the hamburger i had was not good (i probably would not order it again).
