the hotel advertised parking , but it was not available. when i complained , the staff was rude and offered no apology.

My room was located on the top floor and it featured views of the water. I was very happy. The room felt spacious and clean. fresh air was available. The hosts showed great friendliness and proved helpful .
I encountered a problem with the tv in my room. It was not a flat screen, despite being advertised as such.

The room I stayed in overlooked the bay. It was quite gorgeous. The television was large. there was a fridge equipped with fresh milk. Plenty of hot water was available, and the shower was nice, TOO!!!

The location is convenient, just opposite the beach. It provided easy access to facilities. The hotel offers great access to the beach and town center. Uferpromanade and Innenstadt were also a few steps away.

I found local restaurants just a stone's throw away, very convenient. Breakfast provided with the room was adequate, but better options exist up and down the road. I was content with the local choices.

The location was RIGHT on the seafront.
I chose this hotel for the sea view. Scaffolding covered the front of the hotel, obstructing the view I booked. This was SO frustrating. The owner said they were used to it and shrugged when I complained about not being informed. I feel my money was taken under false pretenses.

The room was spacious and super clean. A large television and a fridge with fresh milk were provided, not the long-life type. The kettle also looked brand new, and there was plenty of hot water for a nice shower. I appreciated the comfortable bed, leading to a restful night's sleep.

albert greeted us with warmth and professionalism! he. our room was immaculate. the hotel is close to the beach and local attractions, i appreciated that! also, there were nice restaurants close by.
I thought the tv in the room was quite old. It was advertised as flat screen, but it wasn't.

Michelle was a great help, she told me about all the best places to visit in the area. i was also delighted that i got free parking. This was a big plus for me. the staff are great and comfortable rooms are available.
the tv wasn't a flat screen as advertised, a slight disappointment.

the room had a sea view and was very spacious. i noticed fresh milk was in the fridge, alongside tea, coffee, and breakfast cereals. the owners are gentlemen and helped me enough. i booked directly with them, a good option, and got a better deal than using a third party.
