adequate stay with some drawbacks
included breakfast decent quality street noise poor windows
the breakfast was included and of decent quality (the pastries were fresh).
the room faced a busy street, so street noise was audible even late into the night, and better windows are needed. i found this impacted my sleep quality.

charming stay!
convenient fridge lovely variety
the staff were friendly and accommodating! my room included a convenient mini fridge and tea making facilities. breakfast was AMAZING!!! it was freshly cooked to order, and i had a lovely variety to choose from. the hotel is close to transport links too.
I found there were quite a few stairs to navigate. This might be challenging with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

the staff responded quickly to my requests upon arrival. the food quality was high with varied options. the hotel location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast included varied menu choices delivered directly to the table.
the decor in the room seemed slightly dated.

the reception staff were cute and helpful throughout my stay. they promptly booked a taxi for me when required. the bar staff worked quickly, serving everyone with a smile even during late hours.

The hotel had no air conditioning. It was difficult to sleep with the window open due to street noise.
