the koala was just outside my bedroom window. i saw the little guys all the time. the zoo access was amazing. the staff was helpful.

The restaurant provided a very good buffet breakfast with views of the harbor.
The room was not thoroughly cleaned. A cobweb remained in my room despite my bringing it to someone's attention. This was FRUSTRATING. The housekeeping service was not good enough, it missed basic things.
