Really good Stay close to everything

I found the location very convenient, with the metro station just a short walk away. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious items. The staff was always polite and ready to help. I also noticed that the daily housekeeping kept my room super clean throughout my stay. I appreciated the daily towel and linen change.
the GYM equipment was a bit dated, though functional, but it didn't really bother me.

The staff offered great support and were very friendly. Marcus the bell man was SO helpful. He spoke excellent English and took care of my wife when she wasn't feeling well.

The hotel is just one minute from the Catete metro stop. This is a HUGE advantage. It is also near many shops and restaurants. I felt safe exploring the area and getting around the city, and I got a real FEEL for the area

The swimming pool offered a great view. The breakfast buffet included many options. I found the hotel to be very clean. It also felt safe and secure, and the air conditioning worked well.

The breakfast was good, with plenty of fresh fruits available.
The hotel did not meet European standards. The beds sag in the middle. It was not comfortable at all. There was no shower after checkout.
