the staff were very friendly and helpful to me. they speak good english, i think. complimentary beverages from self-service machines were available on the ground floor. i really like the free flow of coffee and other drinks.

the dark blue walls, you know. the furniture felt old, you see. the wi-fi connection was unstable.

the staffs kindness really impressed me. they were helpful with directions. i also liked the breakfast pastries. they offered coffee all day and night and i did appreciate that.

i found hairs in the shower, so that was not very pleasant. dust was visible on the upper part of the grey wall. the smell in the bathroom reminded me of sewage even though it looked clean.

the room i got was tiny i could barely move. the cleaning wasn't great either i found dust everywhere the bed the door it was annoying. i also noticed the bathtub had dust i do not know what happened with the cleaning service.
