the staff were very professional and helpful. i found the location convenient, with shimbashi and shiodome stations within a short walk. a natural lawson convenience store was just a block away. the hotel provided complimentary drinks like coffee and juice in the lobby.

the staffs kindness really impressed me. they were helpful with directions. i also liked the breakfast pastries. they offered coffee all day and night and i did appreciate that.

i found hairs in the shower, so that was not very pleasant. dust was visible on the upper part of the grey wall. the smell in the bathroom reminded me of sewage even though it looked clean.

the room i got was tiny i could barely move. the cleaning wasn't great either i found dust everywhere the bed the door it was annoying. i also noticed the bathtub had dust i do not know what happened with the cleaning service.
