billy, the owner, welcomed me warmly. breakfast was timely and great. the location is ideal, close to south pier and the sandcastle waterpark.
i thought that there was no lift.

The breakfast selection was excellent. It included a variety of options. the location was close to south pier. The tram stop was accessible. i found the free parking to be very convenient, and saved me money. staff were friendly.
The sink in the bathroom seemed a little loose. It needs some securing!

Our family room offered ample space, enough for five people. It included daily cleaning and tidying services, and plenty of tea and coffee. the room was well kept. I was happy with it.

The breakfast was top notch. the draft beer went down a treat. the parking was a definite plus. It helped a lot.
