Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments
broken treadmill dirty sinks
The provided breakfast had a lot of options.
The fitness room was not functional at all. It was more like a dusty closet with a very old, broken treadmill and a rack. Cleanliness was also not great. You pay for a 4-star experience, but there was mold, rust, and dirty sinks.

Excellent stay with fine views
fine view immaculate cleaning varied breakfast
The hotel boasts a amazing view from nearly every point (especially the pool area). The cleaning staff kept everything immaculate throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with coffee delivered right to your table.
The gym equipment felt a bit dated.

The staff was attentive. They promptly addressed any requests I had (like extra towels). Julia organized a surprise cake for my anniversary. She even upgraded us for one night to a Jacuzzi room.

The breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes daily. The restaurant offered a good selection of local wines. Prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes (I especially enjoyed the seafood pasta).

Really good Views and Service
hill location spacious room excellent views
i appreciated the location on a hill, it provided excellent views of both the sunrise and sunset. the room was spacious and very neat. breakfast offered many choices and i especially loved the views during the meal.
the internet service was not always reliable during peak hours.

the hotel offered views for both sunrise and sunset and was easily accessible by bus. the bus stop was conveniently located right in front of the hotel ensuring easy transportation to main attractions.

the staff were very attentive and cordial and always ready to assist with any requests. housekeeping was provided daily and kept the rooms in excellent condition i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
