cute welsh retreat

helpful callclean roomfresh foodtea stain
nick's welcome call was very helpful and explained everything. the room was ready and very clean on arrival. breakfast provided several options and food was freshly cooked to a high standard. i have no hesitation recommending this hotel, the hosts were very kind.
the fruit-tea bags were not replenished . the bedroom mugs had tea stains, which wasn't ideal. i wish they paid more attention to these small details, as they do impact the overall experience. it's a small thing, but it matters.

some issues encountered.

confused ordersinsufficient preparation
i booked a return visit. the recent change of ownership meant the place has lost its appeal. the staff had not prepared sufficiently for our agreed breakfast time. our orders got confused and the toast came well ahead of the meal.
