Fantastic Central Stay!

The location is unbeatable , a short walk from many attractions. The staff proved friendly and helpful during the entire stay. I especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee and snack bar available all day and night. The rooftop restaurant provided unique dining with panoramic views.
The street outside was somewhat noisy at times , especially early in the morning.

The staff was always available and attentive , ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Concierge services helped me book a walking tour and secure transportation with ease. Their quick responses to requests demonstrated real dedication.

the location was acceptable. the hotel is near the historical district.
the doorman did not offer help with my suitcase upon arrival (i found that odd). the receptionist was not smiling during check-in. i requested my drink to be very hot during breakfast, yet it was not hot. i also received the wrong omelette.

The location were pretty central. It had easy access to the historic centre and museums. The staff has great people skills and were very helpful. I appreciate the free drinks and snacks in the lobby area.
The bed in room was squeaky. I asked the reception to fix the squeaking, but it wasn't. The room did not has a window facing out of the hotel, so there was no natural light. It wasn't ideal.
