the room had a great view from the top floor. i slept so well!!! the breakfast was very good quality. the location was also great.
the floorboards were loud! the sound really carried through the building. it made things a bit noisy.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. Vanessa, the host, was lovely. The self-serve breakfast was delicious!!! It was close to the Newmarket racecourse.
The floorboards were loud and sound carried a lot through the building.

reception on arrival was very friendly. the house inside and out was very nice. the bedroom have space and minimalistic design, i love it. if i need to work, i'd love to stay there again.
the floorboards were loud, and the sound carry through the building. during the months before my stay, a spammer hack their messages and sent many nonsense messages, which make hard to find my room instructions on the night.

the stairs creaked LOUDLY , and every step echoed throughout the house. This made it difficult to move around without feeling like i was disturbing everyone. Also , the selection at breakfast was QUITE limited , consisting mostly of cereals and toast.
