large selectionhelpful staff
The staff was friendly and super helpful. The manager even carried my bag to my room. the food selection seemed large, and everything looked good quality.
i found the room a bit dusty, particularly on top of the wardrobe when i reached for a bag.
the room was lovely. it was up in the attic, i didn't expected that. the bathroom and shower are amazing. breakfast in the morning was great, a real treat to start my day.
my room was on the road side. the windows weren't the best at keeping noise out as they were single glazed. i didnt sleep well due to traffic and people outside each night.

The location was acceptable.
The room I had faced a busy road. This made sleeping difficult. Noise from passing traffic was intrusive, and I found it hard to relax. I would have appreciated better soundproofing.

the room was super clean and had air conditioning. this was a huge relief during the heat wave. Food downstairs was really yummy and the garden was very nice. the train station was an easy walk.
the hotel listing said that there is free parking available. it turned out that this is in a municipal car park behind the hotel. it is not at all easy to find, and you have to park in the short stay area.
