cramped space cracked bowl
I was a little disappointed with a couple of things. the first concerned our "woodland elm pet friendly". i felt the description wasn't entirely clear. the space was quite cramped, especially with our dog. It impacted our ability to relax fully inside. also, the provided dog bowl was cracked. It's a small thing but noticeable.

mixed feelings about the stay

unhelpful staff manager argument
the location's woodlands provide a good walking area.
the staff seemed unhelpful. i asked for pizza and chips, but they said the pizzeria and a la carte restaurant were separate , though a metre apart. it took arguing with the manager to get chips in a plastic container.

The caravan felt clean and so comfy. Staff were cooperative, very helpful. I found plenty of parking, and the internet proved superfast. The entire area was so nice. There is tiny waterfall right behind the caravan. Views felt amazing overall in the area.
