the premier city view king room had high tech light switches and temperature control. the tablet by the bedside controlled everything , even the lights and curtains.

the breakfast staff were not very reactive , and it took a long time for coffee to be served.

I was given a room that did not suit my request. I think there is mismanagement. I dealt with a person named Kaan and the service was not up to par.
