easy walk comfortable bed spacious room
The location is SUPERB. It is an easy walk to main attractions and the Grand Bazaar. The tram is also nearby for access to Taksim. The room we had was spacious and clean. The bed was VERY comfortable.
The entrance area had some garbage next to the hotel. This was slightly unsightly.

dirty entrance unhelpful staff
the entrance looked shockingly dirty. i could see the garbage area next to the hotel from my balcony. some of the staff were unhelpful when i arrived. the hotel seemed to lack some finesse.

easy access friendly staff spacious room unattended desk dirty machine broken lift
The location offered easy access to many attractions. Staff members were friendly, so they ensured a cute environment. The room was spacious for a couple. The breakfast included vegan options like fried mushrooms. I found it delicious.
Upon arrival, the front desk was unattended. I had to wait for over 20 minutes. The room is advertised as having coffee facilities, BUT it didn't. I asked for a coffee machine and one was brought up, but it was dirty. The lift doors didn't open, so I spent 30 frightening minutes travelling between floors. I think a notice advising visitors to use the stairs would have been useful.
