The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room had a coffee machine. I used it every morning! The location is amazing, close to Oxford Street and many restaurants.

i found the hotel's art and design quite luxurious. the playful decor in my room and the lobby areas was enjoyable. the location was convenient with bus stops right next door, and train stations nearby. i streamed apps from my devices to the tv and appreciated the ample ac outlets.
the bathroom tap was awkwardly placed though and the room wasn't serviced one day.

the lobby had comfortable seating areas near the café. i saw many guests relax there and enjoy coffee. the fitness center had a treadmill, stationary bike and free weights that were available for use.

The location was suitable for my needs I found several dining options nearby.
I must report housekeeping was SUBSTANDARD I observed the room was not cleaned thoroughly and coffee was not replenished. I also noted the air conditioning was temperamental I was unable to manage the settings effectively. The tv also presented difficulties in navigating movie options.

THE room had everything I needed and felt spacious. The location was great , right around the corner from Oxford Street. Block-out curtains ensured good sleep quality. I appreciated being upgraded to a king room that even had a balcony.
I found some minor stains on the carpet , they were hardly noticeable, though.

The hotel features a snug garage , suitable for standard-sized vehicles, but larger vehicles like a ranger type vehicle might find it challenging to maneuver. A café is located on the first floor , it offers breakfast and other options .

The location was GREAT. I also liked the good coffee available at the hotel. It was reasonably priced too.
The toilet roll holders are TOO close to the actual toilet. This resulted in hitting my knee on it. I noticed a smell from drainage in the bathroom.
