mixed feelings about this hotel
temperamental safelimited food
the safe in the room acted strangely. once closed, it wouldn't reopen. this happened twice. also, the buffet food was limited. there were not many options for children. there were no pancakes or anything similar.

The hotel location was amazing for sunsets I watched daily! the staff were friendly and helpful. Alexandra especially! the food variety surprised me! each night featured a different theme!

the staff was amazing and always accommodating. the food was tasty, and the animation struck a great balance. i found the location to be excellent, with easy access to other areas. it was refreshing that the place wasn't overcrowded.

the resort features a spa with kristina, who provides excellent therapy sessions. a gym exists, although the yoga mats looked piled up in a corner. i noticed a pool table, but it seemed to be in poor condition and missing its white ball.

Anna at the reception was cute and efficient. angelina from the bar had really good service and a cheerful attitude. stelios, another bar staff member, was particularly attentive. I felt very well taken care of by the staff.

the breakfast was quite good with a decent selection. i appreciated the variety of drinks offered as part of the all-inclusive package. while the food was generally tasty, the buffet selection could have been more extensive.

The hotel is close to canal d'amour and other areas. This provided easy access. there is a cafe right opposite the hotel. I had some excellent crepes there. a cliffside location offers amazing views and accessibility. It is near three beaches.

The staff were Really good. They displayed kindness and generosity. The hotel's location is great, providing easy access to Canal d'Amour. I was able to walk there directly from the resort. The area around the resort is well maintained.
The food choices were somewhat limited. Many dishes contained pork, which reduced the options for our family. There were also not enough options for children.
