okay stay with some issues

the room was clean and spacious. i liked the nice view of the bay. the location was convenient for getting around.
the towels were old and flimsy. the staff entered our room without knocking. the car park was very difficult to enter and leave, it was really tight.

the room was very comfortable and beautiful it had a balcony that overlooked the bay. the breakfast and the breakfast and restaurant room also overlooked the bay. the hotel is a short walk from the bay with all restaurants and bars.
the staff did not always understand questions i asked some of them were not friendly. the kitchen was also very slow. the bathroom shower head kept falling off

Xhoi gave AMAZING service at check-in. She showed me everything about my room. The location was very convenient to the port.
The hotel overlooks the car park for the ferry terminal. There is NO direct access to the sea.
