I stayed in a premium double or twin room. the room provided direct beach access and fine sea views. i appreciated the proximity to local restaurants. Finding several within walking distance was easy. the cleanliness was excellent. The room was super clean upon arrival and maintained daily.
the gym equipment felt a bit outdated.

a slightly disappointing experience

the location was right on the beach, convienent.
the bed was not very comfy, i could feel the springs. the restaurant seemed overpriced for what you get. i ordered a main dish that cost nineteen euros, but the portion was very small, more like an appetiser than a main course. there wasn't a lot of choice on the menu either.

Really good Stay!

The tram line is a short five-minute walk away. The room was beautiful and the bed was SO comfy. The balcony view was lovely, I spent much time there. The pool area is relaxing and the seating out front provided AMAZING sun and pastries.
I found that the soundproofing could be improved because I heard noises from adjacent rooms at times.

The hotel is close to the tram, great for exploring. The proximity to the san juan beach allows for easy access. It is a short walk. Nearby shops and cafés provided convenience.

Breakfast offered many options, and everything was fresh. I found the front seating area to be ideal for enjoying coffee and pastries. The pastries were REALLY delicious!!!

i liked the room on the third floor. it overlooked the pool. the staff were friendly. the pool was clean and service there was good.
the room was small. the bed was not comfortable, probably the mattress is old. perhaps a topper would have helped. the room could have been bigger, i felt i did not have enough space.
