the room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower i found great. i appreciated the availability of multiple comfortable lobby lounges on the premises. the hotel's location allowed easy access to various attractions. also, the staff displayed excellent warmth and efficiency.

My stay had some issues. The noise was unbearable. I could hear furniture moving late at night. The cleaning staff also started very early, even on weekends. They were vacuuming with the doors open. I expected more consideration from a supposed 5-star hotel.

this hotel has a prime location near many attractions. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. the rooftop bar provided amazing views of the surrounding area.
the room i had felt somewhat outdated. the bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear. the noise from nearby street performers could be quite loud at times.

i found the location ideal, directly across from the cathedral. i could easily walk to many sights and restaurants. access to the subway and airport shuttle was simple.. i also enjoyed the rooftop bar. the lobby staff always welcomed me back to the needed air conditioning.
the room lacked soundproofing. i could hear conversations from the neighboring room. this became bothersome during quiet hours.
