The breakfast buffet was varied, offering many choices. the staff was very attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in. my room was very clean and spacious. I appreciated the layout and the comfortable bed.

The room featured curtains that perfectly screened daylight. This allowed a silent sleep. the coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, providing convenient access to beverages. rooms were cleaned daily, ensuring a very tidy environment.

The hotel is near the laurentina metro station, allowing quick access to the city center. the metro ride to the city center takes about 20 minutes. This made sightseeing very easy. a taxi stand is right next to the hotel for convenient transportation.

I found the staff polite and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. lucia at reception provided excellent customer service. Her personal approach was especially appreciated. the really kind staff provided great recommendations for getting around the area.

The location was close to the metro. This made getting around fairly easy.
The room cleaning was inconsistent. Some days towels were only partially replaced. Breakfast was very noisy. The staff did not seem to manage it well. People used their hands to take food.

The hotel is close to the metro station Laurentina. This made city sightseeing very easy. The room was spacious (plenty of room) and nicely decorated. Breakfast offered a wide variety. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
