the staff was excellent. they were very special. breakfast every morning and drinks on the terrace were appreciated. when my jacket was left at breakfast, the staff went to find it. thank you❤️
The room size was small. i paid cad$2100+ for a room without ac, it was a terrible experience. when i complained, i was told it's winter and they only had the heater on. they said open the window. That was not a solution because of street noise.

the hotel's proximity to st peter's square is amazing (it's literally steps away!). daily housekeeping kept everything super clean . the front desk was very helpful, and i appreciated that the staff spoke english.
the room i had was quite small and basic. it lacked certain amenities i would expect, such as a coffee machine or a comfortable mattress.
