various toiletries pool towels
the room included a fridge and various toiletries, such as shampoo and shower gel. we were also able to borrow towels for the pool. This was certainly appreciated.

adequate Hotel near fira
helpful staff excellent location relaxing spa lacked privacy dilapidated courtyard little comfort
i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. sophia and elpida were accommodating to our requests. the spa WAS a highlight TO unwind in and relax. i thought the location was very good, and it was a very easy walk into the town.
the room WE had wasn't great! there was no screen on the entire length of the terrace, and that lacked privacy for jacuzzi use. you could see people passing and it gave a view of a dilapidated courtyard. the bedding wasn't bad but lacked a little comfort.

helpful recommendation clean pool thin curtain much light
The staff provided helpful recommendations regarding tours. the pool was very clean. It offered a refreshing experience. i found the rooms to be great.
The room i had was not ideal. the blinds let too much light into the room. The curtains were not thick enough to block it out completely.

helpful information clean rooms terrace privacy light level
The staff provided me with helpful information. The rooms were clean every day, that was nice. Breakfast have different options each morning.
My room didn't have a lot of privacy on the terrace, sadly. People walking past was able to see me, this give you a view of a run-down courtyard. The blinds let to much light in.

central location helpful staff daily clean walking distance
the hotel is located centrally. the main bus station is within walking distance. the staff were very helpful. the rooms were clean daily.
the fridge made a little noise in the night.

Acceptable Stay, But With Issues
ineffective curtains noisy refrigerator
The staff were friendly and helpful .
The room I received was not what I expected. The blackout curtains were not effective, allowing too much light in at night. The refrigerator made A LOT of noise , which disrupted my sleep.
