the hotel had great amenities and a delicious restaurant. anna was really good, she made sure we had everything we needed. george was very kind and gave us an upgrade. the hotel has a short walk to town and the fira bus station.
the staff has changed since last year. maria at the reception was kind , but she was not always at the reception when needed. one of the staff members was rude while explaining things near the pool. breakfast was not included in the price of the rooms.

The hotel is fine. Its pools and restaurant are beautiful. The rooms were super clean. The peaceful vibe was perfect. George were really nice too ensure we had everything we needed. He provided local recommendations, and thoughtful check-ins. He.
One staff member was rude when explaining pool rules. I was a little disappointed by this experience!

This hotel impressed me greatly. The family rooms perfectly accommodated my group of five and were conveniently located side by side. George was cute, ensuring all our needs were met with thoughtful check-ins and local recommendations.
The reception was not consistently staffed, a minor inconvenience. There were times when I needed assistance, but no one was present.
