the staff were very helpful. i easily scheduled my room setup in advance. yuki patiently explained the hotel details and gave suggestions for activities. this contributed to a positive initial experience in japan. the free airport shuttle ran on time, and the bus was comfortable! there was also a market for snacks and souvenirs.

The pool hours were limited. It closed too early at 8 pm.

The breakfast buffet presented a wide assortment of choices. I appreciated both Japanese and Western options. Staff helped me determine the best transportation for my departure. The shuttle ride to the airport was punctual.

The hotel room seemed outdated. The bathroom needed updates as well. The shower over the bath was difficult for some people.

the room was large and clean all facilities were nice.

i found the lack of usb ports in the room frustrating no water bottles were provided for tea or coffee either i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber the bed felt hard and uncomfortable impacting my sleep quality the gym equipment looked outdated and poorly maintained creating a disappointing experience.
