the room provided handy amenities. the location was near subway stations, a plus for moving around. i left my glasses after checking out, and the hotel mailed them to my next destination. this service was very efficient and courteous.
this caused some delays, especially during peak hours. the wait times affected movement to and from my room.

I found the staff to be excellent. They are very helpful and attentive. The location near Higashi Shinjuku station made travel easy. The room was clean and had all necessary amenities. I found the bed comfortable for sleeping.
The room was a very small size. I had difficulty opening my luggage fully.
