wide range delicious food
The breakfast had a wide range of options with great service. I found the food delicious and the service really good (especially the coffee!).
The corridors could use some updates and there was a slight cooking odor occasionally.

Some issues
cold room tired decor
I was somewhat disappointed with my experience. The room was cold upon arrival. A staff member turned the thermostat up to only 16 degrees. I asked for a portable heater, but they said they had none. The room dropped cold in the middle of the night. Windows let in a lot of draft even with the blinds closed. Decor was old AND tired. The room could do with a refresh.

amazing stay in a beautiful spot!
friendly staff super clean room sparkling water
I had such a wonderful stay! the staff were friendly and cute. my room was super clean and really cozy. It had so many a choice of still or sparkling water, which i thought was amazing. the location was perfect for exploring the area!
The bedroom door was a little stiff to open. That was a minor thing though.

Adequate Stay with Some Issues
cold room window draft
The room was freezing upon arrival. I needed to request that a staff member turn on the heating. She adjusted the thermostat to only 16 degrees. No portable heaters were available. Consequently, the room became cold during the night due to drafts from the windows even with closed blinds.

lovely stay with tasty breakfast
clean room quality furnishing bottled water good service
the room was clean. i liked the room furnishings quality. thoughtful things were there, such as bottled water. the cafe for breakfast was superb with good service and good food. the location are ideal for visiting friends locally.
the bedroom door is stiff and hard to open. you had to ask for more water for the kettle. i couldn't fill the kettle from the basin tap.
