a little treasure
friendly staffconvenient roomdelicious breakfastlow pressure
the staff was so friendly and always ready with a smile, it added to the experience. our room was close to everything we needed, so handy. the breakfast each morning was a delight. i did really like how close we were to alton towers, it was very convenient.
i have to mention the water pressure in the shower because it did make showering a little difficult at times. it was not a big issue, only minor.

the staff showed great warmth and provided helpful assistance throughout the stay. they answered all our questions with patience and ensured we had everything required for a comfortable visit. i felt very cared for.

the breakfast included various options such as cereal, toast, and a full english, everything tasted so fresh. evening meals are available in the pub, with a good selection of traditional dishes. it reminded me of a proper treat.

staff was friendly enough, they showed me where everything was, it was acceptable.
the shower was a problem. hot water was inconsistent, it made it difficult to have a relaxing wash. also, the room i stayed in had no full length mirror, which i found inconvenient when trying to get ready.

Excellent Hospitality Near the Park

The staff were very cute. The location is ideal for visiting Alton Towers. The short drive was very convenient. I enjoyed the range of drinks and the tasty food in the inn. Breakfast was plentiful, a great start to the day.
The hot water was intermittent. I found that letting the toilet cistern fill before turning on the shower helped. consistently hot water was a challenge.

the location was quite convenient. it was a short trip to the nearby railway (only 3 miles!). the staff was nice (i appreciate that!). i also found the meals reasonably priced.
the bar only opened at 7pm and selection was limited. the breakfast bacon was too thick (it was also tough). the cereal wasn't very flavorful either.
