charmed by the location
good spaceeffective air conditioningsun bedsslamming doors
the apartment was clean with good space. i found the air conditioning worked very well. it included in-room cooking facilities too (this was a great bonus!). the swimming pool was a good size and had plenty of sun beds to use.
i noticed some noise in the mornings. i could hear slamming doors and furniture moving from other guests. this made it difficult to sleep in and enjoy the room.

THE staff really stood out! Denisa and Kasia at reception were super friendly and helpful. They explained everything to us upon check-in. The pool area was also really nice and the drinks tasted GREAT.
NOISE was a problem. It was impossible to sleep. I heard slamming doors all the time. Furniture seemed to move from other guests at all hours, so i could not sleep and enjoy the room. It was terrible.

The staff was genuinely friendly, including the front desk. The location was also great with easy access to nearby attractions. I used the luggage storage before my check-in, convenient.
My room smelled musty when I arrived. The furniture felt outdated. The noise level at night made it difficult to sleep (maybe earplugs would help).

The air conditioning system requires immediate attention. I observed visible dust accumulation on the vents, and the unit emitted a concerning rattling sound. the promised wake-up call never happened. This oversight caused a considerable disruption to my schedule and demonstrates a lack of attention to detail.
