The staff were cute and always ready to help with anything. My room was cleaned daily, and I got fresh towels too! I loved that the location was so ideal.

The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear the neighbors at times.

The staff was really cute! They were happy to help with anything I needed. Access to the pool at Tropical (it is only a two-minute walk!) was very convenient. My room was cleaned daily. I really liked this place.

The walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear noise from other rooms. (But it wasn't a big problem.)

The front desk staff was amazing and helpful . The staff gave me great tips for local restaurants and beaches. They always made sure I had everything I needed.

The hotel has a superb location near the city center. It is a short walk to the central sandy beach. A rental bike shop is just around the corner.

the staff called a taxi quickly when i needed one.

I was disappointed to find the pool closed early. The lifeguard at the tropical hotel was not accommodating, and the reception didn't offer a solution.
