fantastic stay, few tiny quirks
helpful staff friendly staff needed amenities missing a c
i found the staff amazing, lester especially he was friendly. the crazy lady at the bar? she was the highlight of my trip. she was always happy. the apartment was clean, modern, and had everything needed.
we asked for a/c because it's a hot country? but it didn't have any. there were two opening windows but the all night traffic driving along a cobbled road meant they had to stay shut. it got stuffy.

the room offered two comfortable beds with storage. it included a kettle, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, and two ring hob with cutlery, perfect for preparing small meals, so we were very comfortable.

the location is excellent, close to bus route stops, ideal for visiting local areas. you are only a short walk from the yumbo centre. this makes it convenient for dining and entertainment.

the pool area is kept very clean with comfortable sunbeds. the pool bar offers good and reasonably priced food. a supermarket is within 50 yards, great for picking up groceries for our room.

totally awesome stay!
spacious apartments comfortable beds daily service comfortable loungers
i stayed for a week and the spacious, clean apartments were seriously amazing! the beds felt comfortable. maid services came daily to replenish towels and generally clean everything. i loved the good-sized balcony with views over the pool (i especially liked the palm trees that provided shade). sun loungers are now super comfy material, made lounging all day easy!
honestly, the only slight issue was that the wifi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't really bother me that much.

our one-bedroom apartment had a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, so we could easily prepare snacks. the living area had comfortable seating and a tv, and the bedroom included ample storage for our clothes (it really helped us feel at home).

the large swimming pool area was a definite highlight and featured plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, a plus when wanting to escape the sun (but not for too long!). the hotel also has a bar next to the pool area, it serves drinks and snacks throughout the day.

the location is fantastic as it is close to many amenities, with shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. it's just a 5 minute walk from the yumbo centre, i went there for pubs and clubs, it was very easy and accessible.

the staff were friendly and helpful, from reception to housekeeping (they always had a smile). the reception staff assisted with all our queries and provided useful information, especially about local attractions. i felt welcome .

excellent services
cleaning staff friendly attitude central location
The cleaning staff was amazing. they worked diligently and maintained a very friendly attitude. The location is fantastic. its proximity to the yumbo center provides seamless access to entertainment and dining options. i found the hotel to be reasonably priced.
i was promised a room to shower and change after checking out because of a later flight. this arrangement unfortunately did not materialize. i believe the hotel should always keep a room available for such needs as it is important for some guests.

The one-bedroom apartment was clean and well appointed. Regular cleaning was provided by a really kind staff, and everything met a great standard. the overall upkeep of the rooms definitely enhanced the experience.

All rooms overlook the pool, and this feature creates a really lovely view. free parking was consistently available on site. This removed any stress. the location is near many attractions. but the yumbo is a short walk.

The staff exhibited really good friendliness and proved helpful at every turn. nothing seemed too much to ask of them. the reception staff was particularly cute. They helped with every request. i admired the ladies in the bar. They are communicative, friendly, and nice!
