solid stay overall
freshly cooked omelettesquiet environment
I liked that the breakfast had so much choice of cooked food. Omelettes were freshly cooked to order. enough sunbeds were by the pool. It provided calm and quiet environment.
The hotel rooms come with a strange smell sometimes. I found yellow stains. our friends room had black mould and none of the air conditioning worked.

faulty keycardrude staff
the keycard to the room never seemed to work i had to visit reception almost daily. the reception staff didn't believe me and asked to check themselves and also were not very apologetic. i had to wedge the door slightly open for the final two days to avoid upsetting them. the management complained my teenage son had made a mess even though there was no damage and i got my deposit back.

superb gymexcellent varietywell-trained staff
The gym was superb, it had equipment for a full body workout. The food had excellent variety. I enjoyed the themed evenings. Staff were friendly and well trained.

the food selection was diverse. it has a different theme every night. breakfast had many options. the hotel has cleaning facilities everywhere. i saw the workforce work tirelessly to keep everything spic and span.
the toilet seat was chipped. it need replaced. it didn't match the rest of the room.

staff on reception was helpful with good english. they advise us well. the location is great. it is a short walk from the sea front and nearby shops.

the food was well presented at half board. it had a different theme every evening. breakfast was lovely too. it included so much food on offer. the bar prices were good.
