I stayed in a twin room. the room had beautiful views. breakfast was good with multiple choices!!! i enjoyed the spa facilities. The atmosphere was relaxing.
i found that the hotel locks its doors at midnight.

The food was tasty, with both breakfast and dinner being of good quality. Spa facilities were also great! The spa usage fee was a reasonable price. I think this adds to the overall experience of a very relaxing getaway.
The bedroom was slightly outdated. The room needed a small makeover to improve its overall appearance and ambience.

cute staffexcellent dinnergreat attentiondated decor
i found the reception staff cute and helpful. our room was conveniently located upstairs. the dinner menu presented excellent choices, and i appreciated the wine selection. the staff operated efficiently. breakfast had great attention to detail.
i noticed the room decor felt a bit dated. a few areas looked like they could benefit from refurbishment, it was noticeable. a refresh would really elevate the space.

the breakfast room provided beautiful views. the staff was very polite and friendly when serving breakfast. i found the breakfast itself very nice. the views contributed positively to the morning meal.
i noticed clocks showed wrong times. the general manager only issued an apology in response to my email about issues. i feel the spa needs some re-decorating work.

the aqua thermal spa includes several facilities i enjoyed. a lady showed me around the spa. all the facilities provided a good, amazing experience i remember.
