the room was clean. it had a balcony. breakfast included freshly cooked eggs. staff greeted me warmly in the mornings.
the wifi felt insecure. it was sometimes spotty. the gym was not available. there was also no minigolf.

The hotel staff were the best. everyone was friendly and always willing to help with anything. the hotel facilities were good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. the breakfast was decent, but i would have appreciated a bit more variety.
as a customer you would expect to have free access to the lounge area and television. not so, it was dominated by the owner's wife and her sisters who were really rude and treated the guests like dirt. i have never seen anything like it.

The hotel provides free fruit and drinks around the clock. They have complimentary bikes available . I found the staff very helpful (especially with directions). The parking area is private and secure.
The room decor felt a little dated, though everything was functional.

The staff assisted with local restaurant bookings and directions. They gave helpful advice on visiting sites. They also helped plan trips to the other side of the country, something I really appreciated.

the breakfast was acceptable. eggs were cooked to order which was a plus.
I was disappointed by the room. it smelled old and felt uncomfortable. the lighting was also quite dark. I had a hard time seeing. there were very few electrical outlets in the room, so charging my devices was difficult.
