My stay involved really good full board dining. the meals always seemed thoughtfully prepared. i appreciated the staff being professional. They remained attentive throughout my visit. a world-class experience occurred in all aspects.

the outside pools were closed for the season. however, i did find indoor pools open for my enjoyment. it created a slight disappointment since the outdoor facilities looked inviting.

The location provides easy access to the aquapark and beach. i found the whatsup contact number very helpful for all possible queries. the bus service to the city center runs frequently and inexpensively. Making it a simple journey.

superb experience

attentive staffwarm welcomeinconsistent housekeeping

the staff were attentive. ms. yasmin from the guest relations team took great care of me. she was warm and dedicated to making my visit special, and i appreciated that. everyone i encountered greeted me with a smile. This created a cute atmosphere.

The housekeeping service was somewhat inconsistent. sometimes they did not replace towels unless i requested them. this reminded me of begging for basic things. It should be more proactive.

the hotel includes both outdoor and indoor pools. these are suitable for diverse preferences and weather conditions. i also noticed a game center offering bowling and other games, a great option for entertainment.

the hotel is located a short taxi ride from the city center! it took about 15 minutes to get there. there is also a market near the hotel with prices similar to those in the center.

The guest relations team seemed very attentive and helpful. they followed up on my experience upon departure. I liked that a lot. mr mehmet ali, a head of guest relations, also checked on my wellbeing, which i found excellent

the food was excellent. the room was clean. i found it inexpensive to take the bus to the city center. i appreciated that the hotel had thought of everything.

I arrived at 7:00 pm, and my luggage was not delivered to my room until 10:00 pm. I called multiple times with no response. eventually, i found my bags left unattended near the entrance. the staff were rude and unhelpful.
