My stay began promising. I especially liked the multiple pools. The food variety seemed amazing, but I found service issues later. One of the days, the restaurant staff was slow to refill buffet items at lunch. I ended up waiting longer. The evening entertainment felt repetitive after a few nights. It lacked the spark I hoped to see.

sunbeds issue
the staff didn't seem too bothered helping when i asked about lost items. they didn't seem to care about the sunbeds either. it reminded me of no one was very interested.
