excellent stay
multiple poolsstorage spacesporting activitiesawful taste
the hotel had multiple pools which were easy to access. the grounds are kept beautiful and the room was very nice. i had a lot of storage space and found the room very comfortable. the pools allowed easy access to many sporting activities like water polo.
i found the drinks selection did not quite fit a five star hotel. the water tasted awful from every tap in every bar. i had to purchase mineral water at an additional cost which i thought was a shame.

the rooms were spacious and regularly cleaned with fresh towels provided daily. there was ample storage and the beds were comfortable with high quality linens provided for the duration of my stay. air conditioning was effective and quiet.

the hotel offered direct access to a very clear sea, which i found very convenient. the hotel resembled a greek village, with whitewashed buildings and well maintained grounds. access to the beach was easy and well signposted from all areas.

I enjoyed the variety of pools. They had sufficient loungers. The private beach was beautiful, and I appreciated the friendly staff. My children especially loved the waterpark, and i thought it was great fun for them.
Some areas require a bit more cleaning attention, I think.

The food tasted great across the resort. A la carte restaurants put effort in creating dishes. I found tasty meals at every dining location, and the effort put into the dishes was evident. The buffet is good, it is repetitive every night.

Staff demonstrated kindness, and organization was apparent throughout the grounds. I found the staff to be attentive to my needs, and I observed well kept facilities. The staff were nice, it was a real all inclusive vacation.

The rooms were awesome, and everything looked exactly like photos. Cleanliness was amazing, and every detail met my expectations. Rooms include modern amenities, and daily cleaning service maintained the neatness.

mixed feelings about this stay
impolite staffcold pool
the dinner staff were impolite at times. they seemed short on tables, and when i requested one to be cleaned, i was directed to sit outside in the cold. the tables lacked proper settings. staff needs more training, especially in treating all backgrounds equally. the pools were not heated and the jacuzzi was broken, it was disappointing.

the hotel location is great with a direct access to the beach. it only took a minute to walk from the room to the sea. the hotel are near the beach areas that are also particular highlights.
