mixed feelings about this hotel
ineffective air conditioningsteep hill
i had some issues . the air conditioning in my room was not very effective, so i asked reception to fix it. they told me that it was working correctly, but i still found that the room remained hot. also the hill leading up to the hotel are very steep. it made the walk to and from the hotel difficult, especially after a long day exploring the town.

the food for breakfast and dinner had great quality with plenty of choices. the staff were friendly. views to teide mountain from the balcony were superb. the room was cleaned every day and the beds were quite comfortable.
the whole hotel felt a little dated. i saw old furniture in the room. the restaurant had old chairs. the ac was disgusting.
