The staff was excellent. Their help with directions was invaluable. The shop has reasonable prices. The pool was clean. I found the pool toilet facilities clean too!!!
The gym shut down quite early at 6 PM. This was inconvenient. I wasn't able to get my evening workout.

The complex is in a quiet area. Exploring Tenerife requires a car. Shops are very close to the complex. I consider this location to be communicative to all other points of interest.
