helpful staff spacious shower excellent wifi acceptable food
The reception staff upgraded my room to a single bedroom it suited my needs better. The room included a writing desk and a spacious shower. The wifi worked excellently and that was essential for my purposes. The restaurant staff was accommodating and the food was acceptable.
I do wish the coffee machine included instructions I figured it out after a couple of attempts.

The hotel is near research centers including Alexander Turnbull, The National Archives and the Parliamentary Library. A supermarket is nearby should you want to prepare your own food. It is a convenient position.

The reception staff was efficient and personable they carefully explained the "Going Green" option. The restaurant staff was always accomodating during my meals. They provided excellent service with a friendly attitude.

The room was spacious and offered vistas of the streets and green belt. The facilities included a writing desk, iron and iron board plus wardrobe. A spacious shower and toilet were available.

the bar onsite had a good selection. the room had a comfortable bed. i found the staff to be excellent and always ready to help..
the gym equipment could have been a bit newer. i didn't really find that too much of an issue though.

the room included a king-size bed and a spacious work desk. there was also a mini-fridge. i appreciated the blackout curtains as they ensured a good night's sleep.

amazing stay near the ferry!
quick drive clean room
the location was awesome for catching the ferry! it was just a quick drive to the port, super convenient for my early departure. the room was clean and i found it really comfortable. i was happy!
I wish there was more sugar and milk provided in the room. This would have been helpful for my tea and coffee. it was kind of annoying!

my room included wine glasses, a nice touch for enjoying my byo wine. the bathroom featured a fan that cleared the mirror quickly after my shower. that was super handy, it was great!

I walked from the hotel after a show along the water front! the location is near the railway station too. This made getting around easy. the hotel is close to everything. It was convenient.
