the location was convenient with many key spots within walking distance.
The bedroom was gloomy because the windows were not clean and overlooked nearby offices. on arrival, i ate at the hotel restaurant and the service was poor. I waited a long time for my meal. parking cost a considerable amount per night and was in a multi-story car park that required navigating around the block.

excellent stay in the heart of the city

The location is superb, directly opposite the entry to the cable car. a supermarket is also conveniently located nearby. i could easily walk to the main attractions. the room had great facilities. Maintenance was good and i appreciated the selection of teabags (it.
the stone floors were cold. i also noticed some visible dirt in the bathroom. (it wasn't a big issue, though).

The location was perfect for my needs. the room had fantastic amenities. the shower and bathroom were particularly great. I found the beds comfortable. the staff were very lovely and always ready to assist, which i appreciated.
the air conditioning seemed tightly controlled, i couldn't adjust it above 23c, making the room a bit cooler than i would have preferred at night.
