small gym overpriced room
the gym was a letdown. it was just a small room. the pool area was acceptable but nothing special. i felt the room was overpriced compared to those facilities. breakfast was an extra charge at 35€ per person, a bit too expensive.

helpful staff pleasant surprise great location
i really enjoyed the location near water transport to venice. the staff was very helpful and friendly, a big plus. the room was a nice surprise, so pleasant!
The hotel exterior looks amazing, but the toilet in the room was glass. It's not really ideal.

the pool was clean. there are bars to sit and drink near the hotel's exterior. the rooftop bar is also a great spot to view the sunrise.

the breakfast was amazing and well-thought-out. i seemed like i was eating in a ballroom. there's also a good restaurant in the hotel, though i did not try it!

The rooms were cleaned every day. the hotel air conditioning is certainly a godsend. the beds felt super comfy. That helped a lot after long days exploring.

the hotel has a perfect location and is close to private and public beaches. the vaporetto stop is also close. it provides easy access to venice, a real bonus!

the staff demonstrated high standards and attention to detail. some reception ladies made a good first and goodbye impression on me. i especially appreciated the help with water shuttles to another island.

comfortable beds helpful staff beautiful exterior
The beds provided great comfort in my room.. I also found the pool quite nice. Staff were helpful.. I needed assistance with directions and they provided clear instructions. The hotel's exterior is beautiful.
The minibar prices were rather high.
