mixed feelings about the stay
inconsistent temperatureblocked air conditioning
i didn't like that we didn't get a room with a fully separate bedroom. the air conditioning barely worked because the curtains blocked it. the shower water temperature was inconsistent and the shower was in the bathtub which i didn't prefer.

The hotel is near the ferry making it easy to arrive with a car. I found parking on the street close to the entrance. The room had A/C and a sofa bed for my child. I enjoyed a huge selection at breakfast.
The room I booked was not in the main villa. It was a bit disappointing considering the price. I expected to stay in the main building.

The room was large, clean, and air-conditioned, with a sofa bed included. The triple room was very comfortable and spacious, with a large extra bed included for additional guests. Rooms offer views of the lagoon and the swimming pool.

this place is amazing. i got a good room with a balcony that really made my mornings special. i loved how easy it was to get to venice central. the hotel even provided bikes, they were available for free use!
the wifi signal was a bit weak sometimes, it dropped out occasionally, a minor inconvenience.

my room was very spacious and nice! the polished wood floor gave it a lively feel. the bathroom included a style sympathetic to the 1930s, it had everything i needed.

The staff was cute and very helpful. i really appreciated the complimentary boat trip to the murano glass blowing. the transport to and from the hotel was regular.

i enjoyed using the bikes for a beautiful excursion! the hotel had an outdoor bar, it was perfect for a nice apertivo. the in-house parking was convenient, i was able to park without issues.
