unhelpful staff unresolved issues
The bed was large and very clean.
The staff was not helpful when I had issues. Basic water was denied and water clogging issues were unresolved. The hotel blamed me for delays that they caused.

wonderful stay in a relaxing space
helpful staff fresh breakfast ocean view clear water
i found the staff helpful and cute. the breakfast had many fresh and healthy options. the location allowed ocean views during meals. the lower tides after midday provided space to walk in clear blue waters. it created a perfect environment to relax.
i wished the fridge was colder and more mini bar options were available. i think more water and towels could have been provided too.

the restaurant offered a lovely buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner service. breakfast included a la carte options and a buffet. many fresh fruits, egg variations and typical thai food were available.

the staff was friendly and helpful particularly pan on reception and jae in the restaurant. the hotel offered a free shuttle service twice daily. i felt welcome by the staff.

the hotel provided direct access to the beach. i could easily walk to town or take a short taxi ride. several restaurants near the hotel offered dining alternatives.

the room was spacious and clean with a large balcony. there was a separate shower from the toilet plus a bathtub. complimentary beach towels and robes were available for use.

some issues during stay
colder fridge need for more towels
staff was nice and the pool was near the beach, it was okay.
the fridge was not cold enough i needed colder drinks also there was a need for more towels in the room, they just weren't there.

airport transfer gym facilities great pool
I really appreciated the free one-way airport transfer, THAT was handy. The gym facilities were good. I used them several times. The pool area is GREAT, right on the beautiful beach.
