great staff sensational food
The staff showed kindness (i really felt welcomed). they made pool and restaurant access easy. the restaurant food was sensational. I ate my way through the menu.

beachfront bliss
lovely location helpful staff clean room
the location was certainly lovely. the staff was so helpful. they spoke two languages, which i found really useful. our room was very clean. i had a wonderful stay. the proximity to the beach was a definite plus.
late night noise disrupted my sleep. i could hear music from nearby bars. this was a bit of an inconvenience . soundproofing improvements could greatly enhance the stay.

the hotel offered a very short walk to central samui. it has four connecting buildings. this central spot allowed for easy access to various attractions and the vibrant heart of the area.

excellent location and immaculate facilities
scooter organization trip arrangement really good customer service
the staff organized scooters and trips efficiently. the staff demonstrated kindness and generosity with really good customer service. they accommodated my father-in-law, who used a mobility scooter. they even constructed ramps for pool and room access at my request. the food at the restaurant was AMAZING!!!
the room lacked a wardrobe, making it difficult to store clothes.

loud music expensive hotel
the staff was pleasant and the beachfront location was acceptable.
The hotel was quite noisy at night because of nearby bars, an issue i wasn't prepared for. every evening loud music continued until late. it made it difficult to relax. Plus, it seemed quite expensive compared to other places i stayed during my trip.

disturbing airplane noise poor room isolation
The location was great with direct access to the beach. The staff was pleasant and the beach towels provided were acceptable.
The noise from the airplanes overhead was disturbing, especially starting before 7 AM since the airport is very close (bring earplugs!). The room was also noisy and not well-isolated. I could hear people in the hallway late at night.

the staff were so kind. the rooms were very clean and spacious and the AC worked FINE. beds were comfortable, and linens felt good to the TOUCH. breakfast was great with many OPTIONS.

convenient location beach towels friendly staff small room limited breakfast night noise
the location was very convenient it was close to many shops and restaurants. the hotel provided beach towels in the room i found this useful. the staff were friendly and efficient they were always ready to assist with any questions.
the room was quite small there wasn't much space to move around with luggage. the breakfast selection was limited i wished there were more options available. the noise from nearby bars was noticeable late at night this made it hard to sleep sometimes.
