large pool evening dining
the main pool is large allowing for some active swimming at the beginning or end of the day. the hotel is also located a few minutes walk from fisherman's village, a benefit for evening dining options!
I found the beach to be less than excellent.

quick access clean villa
the hotel's location allowed me quick access to the fisherman's village. the staff ensured my villa remained very clean

road noise failed transfer
the bed was of an acceptable size. it did not exceed nor did it fail to meet the expected dimensions.
The noise levels from the adjacent road were unacceptable. traffic persisted late into the night and resumed early in the morning, disrupting any attempts at restful sleep. additionally, the promised airport transfer failed to materialise. I was left to arrange my own transport at considerable expense.

outdated hotel subpar pillows
The location is convenient, providing easy access to the beach.
My room wasn't particularly comfortable, with subpar pillows. The hotel seems a bit outdated. For only a few hundred bucks more, you could book a superior hotel. I might recommend seeking accommodation elsewhere.

clean beach breakfast variety central location rude staff effortless kids club disinterested staff
i found the beach clean. it was also relatively quiet. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of cuisines. i appreciated the central location that remained quiet.
the reception staff seemed rude when i raised issues. they were dismissive. i felt the kids club lacked effort, they just played tv. the staff seemed disinterested in children.

spacious room fantastic pool good breakfast
i stayed in the tropical canopy room. the room was spacious. there were fantastic pools and a good beach area. breakfast was amazing!!!
the gym could benefit from a slight upgrade.
