family floor very nice team daily activity
the family floor presents the best features. ella, gigi, rainbow, and the team were very nice. i skipped the check-in queue. the pantry looked amazing. my daughter loved the slide and the kids enjoyed daily activity classes. the access to laundry proved invaluable.

the breakfast buffet featured a lot of choices. fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes provided great options. the attentive staff ensured all guests had a pleasant dining experience. the quality of food was high.

the hotel is close to shopping malls. accessing public transportation proves easy from this place. nearby restaurants offered a variety of cuisines. many city attractions are within walking distance, for those inclined to explore.

decent experience, some drawbacks
breakfast buffet asian food convenient location long wait underwhelming service lack assistance
the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! so many options were available. i really enjoyed the asian selections, discovering some new favorites. the location was convenient due to access to pacific mall. it made getting around very easy.
my room wasn't quite ready when i got there at 2pm. i had to wait until the standard check-in time. the porter service seemed underwhelming. nobody guided me upon arrival and i had to ask for help with my bags.

acceptable stay
bluetooth speakers apple tv quality food decent wine
the room had bluetooth speakers integrated into the tv. it also featured apple tv. pacific place was within walking distance and it connected to the hotel. it offered shopping and dining options.
the horizon club became overfilled. it did not offer quality food bites. it also lacked decent brands of wine. breakfast at petrus was expensive.
